Step by step method
Step 1
Prepare everything you need. It is advisable to take zucchini young, without seeds and with a thin skin, then they can be used whole without peeling.

Cut the vegetables into several pieces 6-7 centimeters long, then into rather thick sticks. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and stir. Set aside for a couple of minutes to let the juice stand out.

Meanwhile, finely grate hard cheese onto a plate. Add breadcrumbs, paprika and dried onion. You can choose other spices to your taste.

Stir so that all components form a single mixture.

Roll each piece of zucchini on all sides in the prepared breading.

Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil.

Spray with vegetable oil. It is very convenient to do this from a special container with a sprayer. If there is no such device, just pour a thin stream over each slice.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. The crust should be firm and slightly browned.
