There are many recipes for funchose or “glass noodles” as it is also called. It is prepared with all kinds of meat, fish, vegetables and other ingredients. In this article we offer a recipe with pork.
If you decide to cook such a funchose for a feast, we advise you to take care of cooking in advance, as the salad is not made quickly and it needs time to brew.
Step by step method
Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel and cut into thin strips. To make the cut thin and even, the meat can be slightly frozen.
Then fry the pork in oil until fully cooked, salt a little, because we will still add salty soy sauce. Finelly chop the onion and add to the pan. Fry everything together over high heat for another 1-2 minutes.
Transfer the cooked meat with onions to a separate bowl, pour generously with soy sauce. Mix well, cover and leave to soak for 20-30 minutes.
Grate carrots. Cut cucumbers and peppers into strips. Coarsely chop the greens.
Finelly chop the garlic.
Put dry noodles in a deep bowl, pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
At this time, mix the pork with raw vegetables in a convenient deep dish.
Drain excess water from soft funchose using a colander. Without cooling, mix it with meat and vegetables. Add chopped garlic, odorless vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, sugar to taste, paprika. Stir, take a sample. Keep in mind that the ingredients will absorb the marinade and the taste will become softer.
Remove the prepared funchose in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Only now it can be served at the table.
