According to this recipe, you can quickly cook crepes, which are sure to turn out thin and delicate. The main thing is to add a little oil to the dough, then the products will not stick to the pan during baking, and the pan itself will not have to be constantly greased.
Step by step method
First of all, put the kettle on the stove so that it boils. We take the products according to the list and start cooking.
We break eggs at room temperature into a bowl, add sugar and salt, shake with a whisk or fork until smooth (do not beat).
Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture, pour in three tablespoons of warm milk, mix everything thoroughly. If the dough is thick, add a couple more tablespoons of milk - you need to bring the mixture to the state of liquid sour cream.
Pour the remaining milk into the dough and a glass of boiling water in three portions, stirring constantly. At the end, add vegetable oil.
Let the dough stand for five minutes, at this time we warm up the pan with a Teflon coating well. Before baking the first crepes, grease the pan with vegetable oil, and then you don’t need to grease it.
