Lush and ruddy pancakes are a great option for a delicious and beautiful weekend breakfast for the whole family. And if they are served with fresh or frozen berries, yogurt or sour cream, then breakfast turns into a divine delight.
Step by step method
Pour milk into a spacious bowl and break an egg into it. Shake thoroughly with a whisk.
Sift flour there and add sugar. Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour vegetable oil into the bowl and add baking soda (no need to mix it with vinegar).
Mix everything again and leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Its consistency should look like sour cream of medium density.
Pour the batter into a hot dry frying pan with a tablespoon and fry for 1 minute until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.
Flip over to the other side and cook for another half a minute so that the bottom side is also browned.
We lay out the fried pancakes on a plate in a stack and can serve on the table. Traditionally this dish is served with sour cream, maple syrup, any fruit jam, condensed milk or yogurt.
