The casserole is made with the simplest ingredients found in every kitchen. The dish turns out tasty, juicy with a crispy cheese crust. You can cook it not only on weekdays, but also for the festive table.
Step by step method
We select products from the list. Cheese should be taken only one that will definitely melt in the oven. Pork can be replaced with any other meat. If there are no tomatoes, you can take tomato paste or do without it altogether.
We cut the meat into plates about 1 cm thick. We beat off each piece with a special hammer or the back of a kitchen knife.
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin half rings. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise (sour cream). This will be the sauce for greasing the layers. Three cheese on a coarse grater.
Grease a baking sheet with a little vegetable oil. Lay out the potatoes in a single layer first. You can use the whole potato at once, or put it in another layer in front of the cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise sauce with garlic.
Next lay out the meat. Salt, pepper. You can sprinkle with your favorite seasonings to taste. Spread mayonnaise evenly on top.
Tomatoes cut into half rings. We spread it in a mold, distribute the onion on top, cut into small cubes or half rings, as you like.
Next comes the rest of the potatoes. We also salt it a little and lay out the rest of the sauce. We cower it with grated cheese.
We put the form in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool slightly and arrange on plates.
Tips & variations
To get a more dietary dish, you can use turkey or chicken meat. Instead of mayonnaise, use 10-15% fat cream.
Keep in mind that every oven is different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those indicated in the recipe.
So that the cheese does not turn into a hard crust and evenly soak the entire dish, add it not immediately, but 10-5 minutes before the end of cooking.
If desired, you can use mushrooms instead of meat or simply add them to the ingredients. From this, the taste of the dish will only benefit.
