Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We select products from the list. Cheese should be taken only one that will definitely melt in the oven. Pork can be replaced with any other meat. If there are no tomatoes, you can take tomato paste or do without it altogether.

    We cut the meat into plates about 1 cm thick. We beat off each piece with a special hammer or the back of a kitchen knife.

    Peel the potatoes and cut into thin half rings. Pass the garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise (sour cream). This will be the sauce for greasing the layers. Three cheese on a coarse grater.

    Grease a baking sheet with a little vegetable oil. Lay out the potatoes in a single layer first. You can use the whole potato at once, or put it in another layer in front of the cheese. Lubricate with mayonnaise sauce with garlic.
