Step by step method

  • Step 1

    First of all, put the kettle on the stove so that it boils. We take the products according to the list and start cooking.

    We break eggs at room temperature into a bowl, add sugar and salt, shake with a whisk or fork until smooth (do not beat).

    Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture, pour in three tablespoons of warm milk, mix everything thoroughly. If the dough is thick, add a couple more tablespoons of milk - you need to bring the mixture to the state of liquid sour cream.

  • Step 4

    Pour the remaining milk into the dough and a glass of boiling water in three portions, stirring constantly. At the end, add vegetable oil.

  • Step 5

    Let the dough stand for five minutes, at this time we warm up the pan with a Teflon coating well. Before baking the first crepes, grease the pan with vegetable oil, and then you don’t need to grease it.

  • Step 6

    Using a ladle, pour the dough into the pan and spread it over the surface in a thin layer. Whеn the bottom of the crepe is browned, use a spatula to turn it over to the other side.

  • Step 7

    Stack the cooked crepes on a flat plate. Brush each with butter if you want.

  • Step 8

    Serve hot crepes with sour cream or any sweet sauce: honey, jam, condensed milk, or just without any supplements.
