Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We prepare the necessary products: peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, finely chop the onion.

  • Step 2

    We rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Separate the florets from the broccoli. We send potatoes to boiling lightly salted water. Melt the butter in a hot frying pan and fry the onions and carrots in it for 5 minutes.

    We send the frying and broccoli to the pan to the potatoes, mix everything and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. In the meantime, three melted cheese on a fine grater. Add it to the soup and mix everything thoroughly. Let simmer another 5 minutes.

    Pour the broccoli cheese soup into bowls. Finely chop the herbs and sprinkle over each serving. It looks very appetizing and attractive, and the taste is simply amazing.

  • Soup can be prepared with both vegetable broth and meat broth.

    Today I tried to cook this soup, it is really very tasty and satisfying. I think this is due to the addition of processed cheese to the soup. All my family liked it. And even the children ate this soup with pleasure.
