Baked fish with pineapples is an unusual but tasty dish. It will especially appeal to children who do not want to eat fish prepared in other ways.

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We cut the hake fillet into portioned pieces and put it in a deep baking sheet, lubricating it with vegetable oil in advance. Salt and sprinkle with spices.

  • Step 2

    We rub the carrots on a fine grater and evenly distribute it with the next layer.

  • Step 3

    Cut the tomatoes and put them on top of the carrots. We used cherry tomatoes in this recipe, so we cut them in half. If regular-sized tomatoes are used for cooking, they need to be cut into plump plates.

  • Step 4

    Lay the pineapple on top. It is better to immediately take canned pineapple into slices or cut the rings accordingly.

  • Step 5

    We rub the cheese on a fine grater. Beat 2 eggs and sour cream, add cheese chips. Mix everything and pour over the dish.

  • Step 6

    Cover a baking sheet with foil and poke holes in it to let the steam out. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the fish into it for 25 minutes.

  • Step 7

    After the specified time, remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool down a bit and invite everyone to the table. Both kids and adults will enjoy this dish.
