Step by step method

  • Let's start by preparing the base. To do this, grind the cookies in a blender to the state of crumbs.

  • Pour the crumbs into a deep bowl, pour it with melted butter. Mix everything thoroughly.

  • We use a removable baking dish, parchment is laid on the bottom. From the outside, the form must be wrapped with foil to avoid leakage of the liquid mass.

  • We spread more than half of the crumb base on the bottom, tightly ram it with the bottom of the cup. From the remaining crumbs we make sides. We send it to the freezer for half an hour.

  • Let's start making cheese. We combine Philadelphia with powdered sugar with a silicone spatula.

  • Break in the egg, stir. Next, add sour cream, cream (pour in a thin stream), vanillin, starch, lemon juice into the mass in turn. Each step is accompanied by thorough mixing.

  • We take out the sand base from the freezer. Pour the resulting mass into the mold, carefully distribute it over the entire plane. We send it to the oven, bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 150 ° C.

  • Take out the cheesecake and let it cool.

  • We decorate the finished dessert with fresh strawberries and blueberries.

  • Use a wet knife to slice the cooled cheesecake. Cut yourself a piece of a delicate dessert, pour it generously with topping and enjoy gastronomic pleasure!

Tips & variations

  • When combining Philadelphia with other products, it is not recommended to use a whisk, so as not to kill the cheese and saturate the mass with air bubbles. Then your dessert may crack during baking.
