Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Peel mushrooms from the top thin skin. Separate the leg with a spoon and make a recess inside the cap.

    I cook mushrooms for all holidays. Cooking them is quick and easy. But I cook without meat. I am a vegetarian, just like my family. Add fresh garlic to the cheese, the dish will become even tastier. You can use sour cream.
