Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Sufficiently large carrots are peeled, washed and grated on a fine grater. Now we will prepare the dough.

    We crack 3 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and 150 grams of sugar to them. Beat with a mixer until a white foam appears.

    Add some vegetable oil, lemon juice and grated carrots to the egg mass, mix everything well. Gradually add flour and baking powder.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cake for about 35 minutes until golden brown. Readiness is checked with a toothpick, the dough should not stick to it.
