According to our recipe, the knuckle turns out to be very tender and fragrant, the meat is so marinated that it just melts in your mouth. Preparing for a long time, of course, but worth the time spent.
Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. We make cuts in the skin in the shank and put pieces of garlic in them. We place the knuckle in a saucepan and fill it with beer. Cut the onion along with the husk in half. We clean carrots. We send it to the pan, put the bay leaf, red pepper and spices there. We put in the fridge for 4-6 hours to marinate.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acidity, pungency is individual for each, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you are putting some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that are especially important not to overdo it (for example, chili pepper).
