Homemade cookies are famous for their exceptional taste and useful qualities. The main advantage is freshness, which store products rarely boast of. We offer an excellent variant of delicacies cooked on mayonnaise. Homemade mayonnaise cookies are truly universal, as nuts, chocolate, raisins, dried apricots, cinnamon can be added to taste. But even without additives, it is very tasty.

Mayonnaise in the dough, by the way, does not taste at all after baking. You can store such cookies in the fridge for a very long time, but you will probably run out of them much faster.

I love cookies! This recipe is unusual because of mayonnaise, but I’m sure you won’t feel the taste of mayonnaise in the result. It is French cuisine, mayonnaise is french sauce too. The recipe is very easy, I think everyone could make these cookies. And yes, if I would cook them, I would add a cinnamon and a home made mayonnaise. It would be better for me.
