Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Wash the chicken breast under running water, wipe it with a paper towel. Cut the meat into medium-sized portions. In a suitable saucepan or deep frying pan, heat half the indicated norm of vegetable oil. We send meat to it and mix.

  • For a change, when stewing, you can add various additional ingredients - mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes. For a new flavor, you can add a little tomato paste.

  • As meat, you can use not only chicken. Perfect for beef, pork, lamb or turkey.

  • If you are using ready-made spice mixes, be sure to read the ingredients on the packaging. Often salt is already present in such mixtures, keep this in mind, otherwise you risk oversalting the dish.

  • Use refined vegetable oils for frying potatoes. They have a high smoke point, and when heated, so it does not form many toxic substances.
