Step by step method

  • Step 1

We lay out on the table the products that will be needed for cooking. First of all, we beat off the pieces of pork on both sides with a culinary mallet.

  • Step 2

Salt and pepper the chops on both sides. We grease the form in which we will bake with vegetable oil. We put the prepared meat in it.

  • Step 3

For each chop we put half a tablespoon of adjika. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly in cold water and cut into small cubes, which we spread on pieces of meat.

  • Step 4

We rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle it with pieces of pork. Squeeze a little mayonnaise on top and spread. Preheat the oven to 180Ëš and bake for 25 minutes.

Tips & variations

  • The choice of meat must be approached responsibly, you should not skimp here. The correct solution would be the neck. This part of the carcass has the necessary fatty layers, without which the steak becomes tough during cooking. The more evenly they alternate with meat, the juicier the dish will turn out.

  • A tenderloin is also suitable - it is more convenient to cut it and easier to find on sale. But the meat may be dry. The way out is to bake it in the oven, wrapping it in foil. So the steak will languish in its own juice, which will make it softer and juicier.

  • Spices for steak can be changed depending on the season. In spring and summer, spicy, fresh mixtures of Mediterranean herbs, basil are suitable. In autumn and winter, a combination of peppers, suneli hops, ginger and cardamom will warm and wake up your appetite. The main thing is not to overdo it, so that the seasonings do not "hammer" the taste of meat, but complement and emphasize it.

Great recipe, and most importantly – very nutritious! Time consuming, I would not say that it takes a lot. But you can easily feed the whole family – it will also be very tasty! So I can definitely recommend this recipe to everyone)
