Step by step method
Cut the onion into small cubes and transfer to minced meat. Minced meat can be taken ready-made or made from meat.
Rinse dill and parsley with water, dry, finely chop and also add to the minced meat.
We put all the spices (you can vary to your taste) and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
