Step by step method

  • Step 1

We put all the necessary products on the table.

Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.

  • Step 4

    Cut cherries in half.

  • Step 5

We chop the cilantro into pieces 1 cm long. Chop the garlic cloves with a knife into small crumbs.

  • Step 6

Pour sunflower oil into the pan and start frying. First, fry the pieces of cheese on both sides until golden brown.

  • Step 7

We take out and fry the mushrooms in the same fat over medium heat for no more than three minutes.

  • Step 8

After that, remove the pan from the stove and put chopped tomatoes to its contents. Mix well.

Pour the fried cheese and thinly chopped garlic back into the pan.

  • Step 10

Add chopped cilantro, parsley and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Add some salt and pepper. Once again, mix thoroughly and put onto a beautiful plate.

  • Step 12

    Bon appetit!

Tips & variations

  • To make a warm salad even healthier and more balanced, add high-protein foods such as fish, meat, eggs, or seafood.

  • In a warm salad with mushrooms, vegetables that tolerate heat treatment well and reveal their taste during cooking will be a good addition. These are eggplant, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, beets, bell peppers, green beans and pumpkin.

  • But more watery, crunchy types of vegetables (for example, cucumbers or radishes) are not suitable for such dishes: they will soften from high temperature, lose their texture and characteristic fresh taste.

  • Mushrooms in salad you can replace with oyster mushrooms. The dish will be even more aromatic.
