Step by step method

    Next, break two eggs into the resulting crumb and add honey (it is desirable that it be liquid).

    Knead the dough first with a spatula, and then knead with your hands. Cover and let stand for a few minutes.

    From the dough we form round cookies. You can roll out the dough into a layer, cut out cookies with a cookie cutter, or simply cut into squares with a knife.

    We lay parchment on a baking sheet and put cookies on it with a distance of a few centimeters.

  • Honey should not be boiled, it will lose not only its beneficial properties, but also its aroma. Therefore, if your honey is not liquid, then you can melt it only in a water bath.

  • The finished dough should be allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes, it is not necessary to put it in the friger.

  • It is permissible to add other spices to the dough, for example: licorice, cardamom, nutmeg and even a mixture of peppers. The main thing - do not mix all the spices at once.

  • The final taste of baking also depends on the type of honey. It is very important to choose spices that will be combined with it. For example, cardamom is suitable for buckwheat honey, cloves are suitable for flower honey, and vanilla is suitable for linden honey.

  • Honey dough can be frozen and then gradually bake the right amount of cookies.

  • Thanks to honey, cookies quickly acquire a brownish color, small cracks on the surface indicate their readiness. Be careful, these cookies go from cooked to burnt very quickly!
