A simple, hearty and very tasty meal – rice with chicken. The perfect and quick dinner for the whole family. It looks like pilaf, but cooked in a pan.

To make rice with chicken in a pan turn out crumbly, we recommend using long-grain steamed rice. It cooks quickly and does not stick together. You can take seasoning for pilaf or any other that you usually use for chicken. We opted for paprika, rosemary, thyme and some ground pepper for a spicy kick.

Advice! For this recipe, you will need the largest and wide frying pan that is available in the house. Better if it is cast iron. But on a thin frying pan, too, everything will turn out.

Step by step method

  • Step 1
