But before use, he needs to stand in the fridge for several hours. Then it will acquire the perfect taste and will definitely delight everyone who tries it.

Everything is very easy: take a ready-made base and make curd cream and berry filling.

Tips & variations

  • For cheesecake, not cottage cheese, but cream cheese is ideal. With it, the filling is smooth, soft and moist, with a pleasant unsharp taste.

  • If you use cottage cheese and it is too wet, put the cheese on cheesecloth and place in a sieve or colander, and then put it in the refrigerator until morning.

  • You can add citrus zest, vanilla, fruit essences to the curd filling to taste. But not too much so as not to drown out the taste of cream cheese, which should be the main one.

  • Cheese or cottage cheese should be mixed well until creamy.

  • If you use cookies instead of biscuit, it can be any shortbread, even chocolate-covered cookies, with Oreo-type filling or salty sticks. The cookies are whipped in a blender, mixed with soft or melted butter, and then laid out on the bottom of the mold and rammed.
