Step by step method

  • Step 1

    Cut off the thick part (it can be used for other dishes or twisted with meat). Disassemble the leaves, choose the largest and most beautiful.

    Slightly beat off the thickened edges with a hammer, pour boiling water over the leaves and boil for just a couple of minutes. Drain water, cool.

    Cut the meat into small pieces for a meat grinder, peel the carrots and onions.
