Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We will spread our salad on a flat plate, about 30 cm in diameter. Let's start with eggs. Finely chop them, lay on the bottom of the plate, salt lightly .

  • Step 2

    We smear this layer with mayonnaise (quite a bit).

  • Step 3

    Cut the skin off the tomato. We do this so that we get one long strip 1.5 cm wide.

  • Step 4

    Leave the skin aside. Cut the rest of the tomato into cubes, removing juice.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle the egg layer of the salad with tomato cubes.

  • Step 6

    Salt the tomatoes, smear with mayonnaise.

  • Step 7

    Put the corn on top of the tomatoes.

  • Step 8

    We also coat it with mayonnaise, if desired, add a little salt.

  • Step 9

    On top of the salad we make a cheese hat. To do this, grate cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the salad.

  • Step 10

    We make roses from the previously left tomato skin. They will perfectly decorate our salad, they can even be eaten. Roll up the red stripe tightly at first, then a little looser. Place the rose on top of the salad. Put a few corn grains inside. We make another rose and a bud. It can be made from several short cuts of tomato skins. We draw a stem for flowers with mayonnaise and immediately bring it to the table.

Tips & variations

  • The salad will be even piquant and tastier if you add garlic to the mayonnaise. To do this, finely chop the garlic and mix with mayonnaise.

  • If you don't eat mayonnaise, then you can use yogurt or sour cream. It's tasty and healthy.

  • For a delicious salad, use beef-tomatoes.
