Tips & variations

  • Young pork is best for rolls, ideally loin or tenderloin.

  • Be sure to beat the pork, despite the "age". It is more convenient to do this with a kitchen hammer, after covering the meat with cling film.

  • To prevent the rolls from unrolling during cooking, you need to use toothpicks. The second option is breading in egg and breadcrumbs, this also helps to avoid unwinding.

  • Pork rolls are a field for experimentation, especially in terms of preparing the filling. At first, you can use the fillings offered by other housewives, and, having mastered it, invent your own.
