Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We take the pollock carcass and cut the fillet from it. We cut into portions. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the fish. Salt and pepper.

    Mix 1 tablespoon mustard and 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Lubricate the pieces of fish with the resulting sauce and leave it for 15 minutes to marinate.

    We rub the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion into a cube. Fry the vegetables in a pan, a little salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Step 4

    Spread the cooked, well-cooled vegetables in an even layer in the form.

    Top the vegetables generously with sour cream, then sprinkle with grated cheese. We send it to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180 °.

    We take out the finished fish from the oven and serve it to the table. It turns out very tender and juicy.
