First, we cut the pork tenderloin into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick. The meat can be beaten off or longitudinal cuts can be made on it.

We spread the pieces of meat on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with spices and salt.
Put a slice of butter on each piece. The heat will melt the butter and make the meat more tender.
Put 2 slices of a tomato, 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise on top.
Place a slice of cheese on top. By the way, it can be grinded on a grater.
We put the baking sheet into the oven. Bake at 160 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Baked meat under a cheese crust turns out tender and juicy, and the cooking process does not take much time.
