Step by step method

  • Step 1

    First of all, you need to cook the broth. To do this, take beef on the bone, cook for 2-2.5 hours. We take out the meat and strain the broth. We separate the pulp from the bone, cut into any pieces, send it back to the pan.

  • It is necessary to cook soup only on beef broth.

  • Be sure to add grated walnuts, which will give it a spicy bitterness.

  • Use meat on the bone, beef ribs, for rich broth. If the soup is too thick, add a little boiling water. A little tkemali will improve the taste.
