If any sausage and canned sweet corn are available, you can easily and quickly cook an original corn salad. The main ingredients blend well with other products. For example, boiled eggs, hard and processed cheese, canned peas or beans. Therefore, in a salad of sausage and corn, you can safely add almost everything that is in the fridge.

Juicy and tender sausage salad is perfect for a regular dinner and a festive feast. It is so easy to prepare that it will help out the hostess if the guests decide to come suddenly. And for a bachelor who is not too fond of cooking, it will not be a problem to cook such a salad with corn and sausage in a hurry.

Step by step method

  • Step 1

    We collect products according to the list. Any sausage will do, the main thing is that it should be without fat. Boil and cool the eggs. We strain the corn from the marinade, wash the greens and cucumber.

  • Step 2

    Peel the boiled eggs and cut into thick strips. You can use a special tool to make the cuts the same size. I put it in a salad bowl.

  • Step 3

    We cut the sausage into fairly large cubes and send it to a common salad bowl.

  • Step 4

    If the cucumber skin is too hard, peel it. If not, then cut into medium cubes right with it. Transfer to a salad bowl.

  • Step 5

    Finely chop the onion. We scald it with boiling water so that it does not taste bitter, and spread it to the rest of the products.

  • Step 6

    Add sweet corn, with which all the liquid is well glassed (we leave a little corn for decoration).

  • Step 7

    Sprinkle finely chopped greens on top and add mayonnaise.

  • Step 8

    If necessary, add a little salt, pepper and mix.

  • Step 9

    We decorate the finished salad and immediately serve it to the table. Such a salad can be both an original addition to other dishes, and an independent snack.
