Step by step method

  • We take the products that will be needed in the cooking process. We wash the raisins well and pour hot water for about 15 minutes.

  • In a bowl, mix all the liquid ingredients: break the egg, add milk and butter to it.

  • In a separate container, combine sugar, salt, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

  • Add the dry ingredients (flour with sugar) to the liquid ingredients in the bowl, stirring vigorously with a whisk or a regular fork.

  • Add washed and dried raisins to the prepared dough.

  • All components are well mixed with each other.

  • We spread the dough with a tablespoon on silicone molds (you do not need to some oil them) and put in the oven. Please bake at 180C(356F) for 18-20 minutes.

  • We check the readiness of the cupcakes with a toothpick, it should remain dry. We serve pastries with tea or coffee. You can grease the top of the muffins with cream, chocolate, whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon or coconut.

  • Feel free to experiment with the recipe, for example, make these milk cupcakes with filling. As a filling, you can use fresh berries or fruits, raisins, prunes, dried apricots, chocolate. But even without filling, the cupcakes turn out great and fly away in an instant.
