Step by step method

  • Step 1

We take food. Curd should be quite soft and moist. If it is dry, you can add a little milk to it and beat it with a blender.

  • Step 2

We carefully separate the whites from the yolks. To avoid anything extra, we break each egg separately.

  • Step 3

Mix the yolks with cottage cheese, starch and sour cream. Butter is only needed to lubricate the mold.

  • Step 4

We make a fluffy mass from proteins with salt, beating them with a mixer at first at a low speed, slowly increasing it.

  • Step 5

When the foam becomes denser, add sugar. But we do not delay the process. We use the mixer for no more than five minutes.

  • Step 6

Using a spatula, we shift the resulting foam into the curd base in small portions and mix each time.

  • Step 7

Place parchment paper on the bottom of a springform pan and grease it with butter.

  • Step 8

Pour the curd mass into the prepared form.

  • Step 9

We bake dessert only in a hot oven (200 degrees) for at least 40 minutes.

  • Step 10

To prevent the air top from falling off, open the oven door and leave it to cool in this form. After that, cut into portions and serve. From above, when serving, you can pour condensed milk or sour cream.
